More About Us

In 2011 I arrived from Mallorca to South Wales to spend a couple of years supporting my wife in her training as a midwife in Glamorgan University.
I've always been cooking at home for my family, but during the summer of 2012, by chance, I jumped to my first Food Festival and started to cook professionally for the general public...
Since then, I have been on a wonderful journey full of different flavours, many new friends and days of hard work among burners and big paella pans. Consequently, there are two reasons to keep me from returning to Mallorca :
First of all I am enjoying what I am doing.
Secondly and most importantly, is your support.
